In the design of this residence, SGA Design incorporated the owner’s experience of growing up by the seaside, making the swimming pool the visual centrepiece of the entire house. The pool parallels the living, dining, and outdoor spaces, providing maximum pool views throughout the open living area. The master bedroom is located at the end of the pool, offering a serene view of the water.
To ensure the privacy of the bedroom, a small study was placed between the living space and the bedroom. This study is conveniently situated behind the staircase and features a mezzanine level, which creates a sense of spaciousness and openness.
